Address Label Guidelines

Please double check your confirmation copy and email us immediately if you made a mistake.

  • If no address is provided, we will use your billing address.
  • Our labels are not printed in all uppercase letters.
  • We only print the first 5 digits of your zip code.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct name and address you want printed in the field provided.
  • If your address exceeds 18 characters (including spaces) per line your font size will be reduced.
  • If your zip code bounces to a separate line it will be moved up and placed with your city and state.
  • If the address to be printed is different from the billing address, then the order will be shipped to the BILLING address, unless otherwise instructed by you.
  • Once an order is processed, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information.
  • We reserve the right to abbreviate or spell out street names and states in order to make the label as visually appealing as possible.


Shipping Guidelines

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days of placing an order. We ship Priority Mail (2-4 day service) via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you need overnight delivery, please contact us for rates.

  • You will be sent a delivery confirmation number via e-mail directly from the U.S. Post Office website.
  • United States sales only.
  • Unless your purchase is a gift with a different shipping and billing address, your items will be shipped (with a receipt) to the SHIPPING address. We do not send separate invoices.


Returns

We make every effort to disclose any defects or flaws in the items we offer for sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your may return it within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for the full purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.

Sale and Customized Items

Final sale, no refunds unless we are at fault.

How long will my order take?

  • Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.
  • If you need an item shipped immediately, please tell us when you check out!


What happens if my package never arrives or is damaged upon arrival?
To keep our shipping charges down, we do not automatically include insurance coverage. If you want to purchase insurance, please email us immediately after placing your order. If your package arrives in a damaged box please send it back to us immediately. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Delivery Confirmation. Many times your package may be sitting in your post office waiting for pickup.

I want my address labels to be ALL UPPERCASE
Due to the size of the label we use, all uppercase letters are hard to read and use up too much space (not to mention they look awful)! Unless you specifically state this on your order form, all address labels will be initial cap as shown on the website. Also, orders that do not have a name or address filled out under "Address Labels:" will default to the billing address.

What is the difference between regular and script font for address labels?
The "regular" font is the one shown in the sample. It's typeface name is Comic Sans. "Script" is a fancy italic and takes up less room on the label.

Do you have a catalog?
Our catalog is our website! Since we are an Internet store, our inventory changes on a daily basis.

Will you donate something to a rescue, non-profit, or charitable raffle/fundraiser?
Several times a year we select organizations that we feel will best benefit a donation from us.

What if I need to contact you about my order?
We are online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As soon as you email us, we usually respond immediately.

What if my credit card is declined?
You have the option to pay with another credit card or PayPal. If after we send you an email notifying you that it has been declined and you do not respond with another form of payment within 24 hours, the order is automatically cancelled.

What if the name on my credit card does not match the name on the order?
Due to the increase in credit card fraud, we now require that your billing address MUST match the billing address associated with your credit card. This is not something you can fudge, our automated system will either match and process the order, or it will be declined.

What if I want to return a custom-made item?
Unless we are at fault, custom-made items are not returnable. Most of our custom-designed items are time consuming to make. So, please READ the instructions in the item description before ordering.

Why was my order cancelled?
Your credit card was declined, you did not respond to our email(s), or you did not pay via PayPal within a reasonable amount of time.

How do you know something is vintage?
Before an item is listed on our website, we spend many hours researching reference books, the Internet, and contacting other dealers to learn about the origin, manufacturer and time frame the piece was produced.
